What is The VIP Pass?
The VIP Pass is an e-travel pass which consists of hotel vouchers.
How do I get a VIP Pass?
You may purchase it via our website or from our VIP Affiliates.
How do I make a booking with The VIP Pass?
Once you have purchased The VIP Pass through the website, you will receive a login mail where you are required to register as our VIP Pass Member. After registration, you may start making your bookings through the member portal.
How do I upgrade my room?
It is subject to room availability. However, there will be extra charges for room upgrades.
How do I amend the dates of the booking?
You would not be able to amend the booking. You may cancel the existing booking and make a new booking on the preferred new dates.
How do I cancel bookings?
You can make the cancellations as long as it is WITHIN 14 days before the stay date. If you make the cancellations before 14 days, the voucher used for that particular booking will be forfeited.
Can I not pay the cleaning fee? Is the cleaning fee mandatory?
Cleaning fee is not an option. It is a mandatory payment as part of the package and guests will need to pay for cleaning fee to proceed with their respective booking.
Can I purchase The VIP Pass and make direct bookings with the hotels?
All bookings must be made through our VIP Member Portal. No direct bookings allowed.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Money back guarantee only applies in the instance that during the pass’ validity period, none of the nights were booked or utilized. (Refer to Terms & Conditions)
What are the blackout dates?
Public Holidays & Eve of Public Holidays.
What is the check-in and check-out timing at the hotel properties?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm.
Do I have to pay any amount at the hotel upon check-in?
A security deposit is required upon check-in. It is refundable and will be returned upon check-out.
Can I check on the hotel availability before I make the booking?
You will have to make a booking request to our reservation team. The hotel date availabilities will be advised based on the hotel inventory & allotments after a booking request has been sent.
Does the pass include breakfast or meals?
Breakfast and meals are not included. However, you may request for it during check-in and make the payment directly to the hotel.
