- Vouchers have 6 months validity from the purchase date.
- Vouchers valid at all VIP Pass participating hotels and resorts.
- Reservation to be made 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Please mention the use of the voucher at the time of reservation. Reservation to be made via the membership portal.
- Vouchers are non-transferable.
- Vouchers are not applicable on the eve and day of Public Holidays.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or service.
- Vouchers can be combined to lengthen the stay, but cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions offered from time to time.
- Cancelling your stay less than 14 days before your arrival will be considered no show and non-refundable.
