1) Vouchers have 3 months validity from the purchase date.
2) Vouchers valid at all participating SubHome and Alia properties.
3) RM 50 cleaning fee to be paid upon booking via the membership portal.
4) Reservation to be made 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Please mention the use of the voucher at the time of reservation. Reservation to be made via the membership portal
5) Vouchers are non-transferable.
6) Vouchers are not applicable on the eve and day of Public Holidays.
7) Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or service.
8) Vouchers can be combined to lengthen the stay, but cannot be used in
conjunction with other discounts and promotions offered from time to time.
9) Cancelling your stay less than 14 days before your arrival will be considered no show and non-refundable.
10) Check-in and Check-out times are subject to individual property’s stay policy.
